MAKE IT A GREAT DAY


• Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any needed paperwork.
  
• Know that the spa area is a tranquil retreat - please be respectful of others.
  
• Children are only allowed in the salon or spa with an appointment or by talking to the manager beforehand.
  
• Please put your cell phone on vibrate while at the spa.
  
• Mastercard/Visa, Checks, and Cash are accepted.
  
• Please make all cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
  
• All times for services and packages are approximate.
  
  Pedicure Details
  
• Please wear sandals or other slide-on shoes.
  
• Wear loose pants or shorts (massage is up to the knee).
  
• You do not need to trim your nails before your appointment.
  
  Massage Details
  
• Hydration is essential to extending massage benefits; please drink plenty of water after your massage.
  
• Due to the aromatic nature of your massage, please refrain from wearing heavy perfume the day of your treatment.
  
• If you are pregnant or just had surgery, please bring a note from your health care provider indicating massage is appropriate for you.
  
• Please let the therapist know if you have any concerns about receiving a massage on a particular area of your body (i.e. legs due to varicose veins).
  
  Facial/Body Details
  
• Do not wear make-up if possible.
  
• Do not wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
  
• Please do not wear jewelry to your appointment.
  
  Waxing Details
  
• When booking, be sure you have at least 3-6 weeks of outgrowth.
  
• 2 days before your appointment, you should exfoliate the area that is to be waxed.
  
• Avoid moisturizer on the day of your appointment.
  
• Please let us know if you are using Retin-A, glycolic acid, acutane, or anything else that may affect your skin¹s balance.
  
  We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash or Personal Check.
